Rental FAQs: Delivery, Collection and Deposit

Yes. Our customer always have option for self-pickup or we can deliver to your project site.

The Cone Rental yard is at No. 18, Bangi Hub Suntrack Industrial Park, Jalan P/1A, Kawasan Perindustrian Bangi, 43650 Bandar Baru Bangi, Selangor.

Our client have option to choose the rental equipment can be delivered by us and return by client or we can deliver and collect from the project site.

We deliver throughout Peninsular Malaysia on our own lorries, with the fastest service in the Klang Valley. We do not deliver to Sabah and Sarawak for now. WhatsApp us at +6016-227 9079 with your project site and we will confirm the transport charge.

If you require service or have any concerns regarding your rental equipment, please contact your Cone Rental Coordinator at +6016-227 9079.

While we do our best to pick up equipment promptly at the end of each rental term, scheduling issues or other unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. The equipment may not be picked up for several hours, days, or even possibly weeks after the scheduled pick-up time. In such cases, the customer is responsible for housing the equipment until it is picked up. If you are not able to house the equipment or require that it be picked up from the job site before a designated date or time, you must notify your Cone Rental coordinator in advance.

You only need to call us if one of the following conditions applies:

• If you need the equipment for longer than your confirmed rental period, please call us at least 1 day in advance before the end of your rental period to arrange an extension.
• If it is not possible for us to pick up the equipment at the end of your rental due to locked gates or other accessibility issues, you will be charged for an additional rental day.

In most cases, yes. For complete details on our rental policies, please refer to the Terms & Conditions outlined in the provided Rental Agreement.

You may use the equipment for up to 24 hours through 10 AM on the following business day. If you use the equipment for more than one (1) Day, you will be charged subsequently based on daily rate.

Yes, in most cases we are able to deliver the equipment the next day. Please do keep in mind that early morning delivery times fill up quickly and may not be available. In some cases, if the equipment is available, and trucks are available, we can deliver on the same day.

We always do our best to deliver the equipment at the pre-arranged time; however, due to traffic conditions, and other unforeseen circumstances, we do not guarantee delivery time. If the equipment is delivered outside of a four-hour delivery window, please call us. If you have a specific time that the equipment must be delivered, please notify us in advance. Additional charges may apply.

No. The listed rental price does not include the deposit and the pickup and delivery charges. The deposit depends on the equipment you choose, and we confirm it together with your quote on WhatsApp.

All the rental item have standard “Purchase Price” and in case the item damage, the customer will be charged the purchased price and the deposit will be minus from the total price. The rental charge will be charged as per the usage time period.

For self-collection, often yes. If the quantity you need is in the yard and payment is settled, you can collect from Bangi the same working day. For delivery we cannot promise same-day: our lorries run to a schedule and the early slots fill quickly. So if the job is urgent, the fastest route is to WhatsApp us the list, let us confirm what is actually available, settle payment, and collect.
